SureClose ConcealFit Gate Closer and Hinge Sets are
®
designed to replace conventional, bulky commercial gate
hinges and closers. These high-quality, hydraulic hinge-closer
units provide a concealed finish, a highly adjustable self-
closing function, and burglary and vandalism resistance.
When closed, the SureClose ConcealFit system cannot be
seen or tampered with. Superb engineering and patented
design allow total concealment of the hinge-closer unit in
a remarkably small housing. SureClose ConcealFit features
“Final Snap-Close Action”, which increases speed at the
end of closing to ensure latching and to overcome electric or
coded locks.
Soft, quiet closure protects the gate’s latching/locking
system. “Closing Speed”, “Final Snap-Close” and
“Backcheck” are adjustable using a simple Allen key.
The hinge-closer is easily adjustable in three dimensions
(horizontal, vertical, and in/out) for fine positioning and speedy
gate alignment.
