These charts were developed to help installers determine the proper drill hole sizes for all end and intermediate posts. We still recommend that you always call us to confirm your proper holes sizes and answer any questions prior to starting your project.
How To Use The Charts:
- Examine the drawings below to find your desired fitting combination.
- Search the corresponding chart for the assembly combination that has the exact part numbers
you need.
- From that line you can read the drill hole sizes for end posts (A & C) and intermediate posts (B).
Important - Please Read:
Only the most commonly used combinations of fittings are shown. If you do not see the exact part numbers for your desired pairing of fittings, please call us to confirm the proper hole sizes.
If CableCrimp™ Hand Crimp fittings are being used, it is assumed that they will be crimped on to the cable after the cable has been laced through all of the intermediate posts. If you prefer to attach the fittings prior to lacing the cables, then please call us to confirm proper drill hole sizes.
Drill hole sizes do not take into consideration the possible use of Rubber Grommets or Protector Sleeves. If you are using either of these items, please call us to confirm proper drill sizes.
If you have an assembly with an In-Line Turnbuckle, please contact us to confirm proper drill sizes.
